A student team from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy partnered with the Sickle Cell Association of Texas to develop an interprofessional event for health professions students to explore sickle cell emergencies from the patient’s perspective and how to better support individuals with this debilitating condition from an interprofessional lens. This will be a highly interactive session and there will be an invited guest from the community as our guest speaker. This session is appropriate for all health professions learners.  Faculty, clinician educators and students from other professions are welcome to attend. Attendance is free.
