The annual Kenneth I. Shine, M.D., Academy of Health Science Innovation Annual Conference is sponsored by the six health science campuses within The University of Texas System. Each meeting includes nationally-recognized invited speakers together with local participants. The CHIP Simulation is a virtual learning experience where advanced-level learners facilitate interprofessional teams of participants who collaborate on a 6-step improvement process focusing on community intervention to target a pervasive community health issue, in this case, adolescent vaping.

TeamSync: Stroke Team Simulation for Transitions of Care is a virtual simulation in which teams of advanced-level students from different health professions work together to coordinate care and develop a discharge plan for a patient who has experienced a stroke.
