Community Health Intervention Planning (CHIP) Simulation 


The CHIP Simulation gives participants the chance to practice applying skills in a realistic, team-based environment through two distinct tracks:

Community Health Intervention Planning Track

Collaborate with an interprofessional team and practice applying a 6-step improvement process to design an evidence-informed community health intervention plan. Appropriate for learners in a health care, social work, or public health-related program, residents, faculty, field instructors, practitioners, and community health advocates. 

Team Facilitation & Leadership Track 

Practice facilitating and leading small groups using IPE facilitation techniques to guide an interprofessional team toward a tangible, actionable outcome. Appropriate for advanced learners (students, residents) in a health care, social work, or public health-related program. Also open to practitioners, field instructors, preceptors, and faculty.
