Dr. Veronica Young, Director of the Center for Health IPE and Director of Interprofessional Education and Community Engagement at the College of Pharmacy, has been named a Distinguished Fellow of the National Academies of Practice (NAP) in Pharmacy. This nomination process is highly-selective and requires nomination by colleagues for consideration. Dr. Young's election as a Distinguished Fellow demonatrates her contributions and committment to interprofessional practice. Dr. Young will be formally inducted at the 2019 NAP Annual Meeting & Forum titled, "Interprofessional Collaborative Practice: Advocacy for Population Health" on March 7-9 in Pentagon City, VA.
