The Student Health Interprofessional Practice and Education Committee (SHIPEC) is piloting a virtual research event on November 10, 2020 from 6p–7p. Health professions students and residents are invited to submit their research to present by completing this form. All faculty, students, and staff are welcome to attend by clicking this WebEx link. The SHIPEC was founded in 2020. Its mission is to lead interprofessional student forums to advance collaborative learning and scholarship and promote team-based, person-centered health care within the health care and health care-related professions. It currently includes student representatives from the College of Pharmacy, Dell Medical School, and the Steve Hicks School of Social Work. The Center for Health IPE serves as its advising body.
