- There are 3 key steps to submitting your abstract:
- Create your abstract using our form, which is a Word doc template. You are required to use this abstract submission form which you can access here:

- Complete the online form by clicking this link
- When you are ready to upload your abstract for submission, please make sure it is saved as a PDF and named in the following convention: "Last name of first author, first name of first author." For example: "Smith, Amy.pdf". You may upload it by clicking here.
- Create your abstract using our form, which is a Word doc template. You are required to use this abstract submission form which you can access here:
